Working at Artios

“Children are not a distraction from more important work. They are the most important work.” – C.S. Lewis

Creative and Integrative Learning

We have a saying at Artios. “Who we learn from and with is just as important as what we learn”. When you work at Artios, it’s not just a job. It’s a calling.

At Artios, our staff is expected to go above and beyond to create experiences, develop relationships, and reach the hearts of our students while challenging and growing our students’ academic and artistic abilities. We are not just a school, we are a family, and every member of our family is vital to the success of our students, parents, and mission.

When you work at Artios, you have the opportunity not only to be a teacher. You have the opportunity to be a part of a special family. A family with a heart for discipling, mentoring, encouraging, challenging, and edifying students and parents.

What you may not expect about Artios is how much our students and parents will pour themselves into you. Working at Artios is not a job. It’s a passion. It’s ministry. With most passions and ministries, there come times of discouragement and hardships. What makes Artios unique is how quickly the community gathers around you. We bear each other’s burdens. We share each other’s responsibilities. We love one another, we sin against one another, we show Christ to one another, and hopefully, we walk in truth with one another.

This truly is a special place, and we would love for you to consider being a part of it. We want you to bring your gifts and abilities to bear here. We want this community to be blessed by you, and we want this community to bless you.
